All our policies and processes have been developed considering the NDIS code of conduct, as well as each participant’s legal and human rights. If you would like to provide feedback about any of our policies, you can do this here, anonymously if preferred. Any raised issues are individually reviewed, and may be used to improve our service delivery and processes.

Code of conduct
A key focus of Rock SC is for you to feel your support needs are being met. Our code of conduct ensures that we are always operating in a way that supports you.
Privacy
Our privacy policy protects the privacy and confidentiality of all participants, and ensures that we adhere to the requirements specified in the Privacy Act 1998.
Incident management
Our incident management process ensures that we have a plan to follow in the event of any incidents occurring.

Rock SC functions with the goal of providing helpful and collaborative supports at all times. This policy outlines how we will help you if there is anything that you are unhappy with regarding our service.
