Our Process:

Step 1 - Phone Screen

We will speak with you over the phone to gather your key information, discuss your support needs, and chat about how you want to be supported. This helps us to plan how we can personalise supports to suit you.

Step 2 - Initial Meeting

After the phone screen, we usually organise a meeting to go through our service agreement. This is a great opportunity to go over our policies and processes to ensure you understand what to expect from our services. During this time we will also work together to create goals and plan out how you want your supports to work for you.

Step 3 - Getting Started

Once we have completed the initial setup, we can get started on working towards your goals. We will always work with you in a collaborative way to get the most out of your NDIS plan. You will be supported through everything, including how to navigate all of your supports and services.
